EMH Seminar 2024

Towards a European Network of Heritage Harbours

The European Maritime Heritage Association (EMH) hosted a successful seminar on January 13, 2024, at the Mar da Palha Auditorium, Oceanário, Lisbon, focused on the theme "Towards a European Network of Heritage Harbours".

The event brought together experts and partners with relevant knowledge and experience to engage in valuable discussions on this important initiative. To ensure broader participation across countries, the seminar was held in a hybrid format, allowing for both face-to-face and virtual attendance.

The presentations made by the experts and the debate sessions, as well as the informal interaction between the participants, culminated in the adoption of the Lisbon Declaration on a European Network of Heritage Harbours.
